Individual Therapy

Why are we so hard on ourselves when the world is already challenging enough? Individual therapy offers a space where you are welcome to bring your full self—without judgment, without expectation. As your therapist and guide, my hope is to help you explore the ways you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Together, we will uncover how your past experiences have shaped you, examine the internal beliefs that influence your life, and discern which ones support you and which may be holding you back. By deepening your relationship with yourself, you can begin to rebuild trust and safety within, ultimately noticing a profound shift in how you move through the world.

5 Things I believe to be True about Therpay

  1.  Your ability to heal and see results depends on how connected you feel to your therapist. Relational work requires a relationship where you feel seen and can trust the other person. It is important that you feel safe with them.

  2. Sometimes it feels worse before it feels better.

  3. This work takes time. Unlike the fast past society we live in, relational work takes time and has many layers and that can be hard for the parts of us that want to move quickly. 

  4. You have all the answers inside of you and how much you are willing to put in, you will receive back. 

  5. It is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your growth as a human being!
