FAQ
What kind of clients do you work with?
I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I honor the complexity of each person’s lived experience and recognize the impact of systemic and cultural influences on mental health. My practice is rooted in compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to social justice, ensuring that all clients feel seen, valued, and supported on their healing journey.
How long is a session?
Sessions on average are 50 mins. I do offer 75 min sessions (recommended for couples) for an additional cost.
Do you take in person appointments?
I am only seeing clients virtually at this moment
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance but can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan. I recommend checking with your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits. Let me know if you have any questions—I’m happy to help navigate the process.
What are your fees and Cancellation Policy?
My fee is $170 for a 50-minute individual session and $220 for a couples session.

I hold a 48 hour cancellation policy.
What are your specialties?
I work with individuals and couples who are seeking greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and deeper, more authentic relationships. My ideal clients are those who feel stuck in old patterns, whether in their personal lives, relationships, or connection to themselves, and are ready to explore new ways of being. I specialize in working with those navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges, using a holistic approach that integrates neuroscience, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational therapy. My clients are often drawn to a therapeutic space that is warm, direct, and rooted in both modern psychology and ancient wisdom.
What should I expect out of therapy?
Therapy is a courageous process, that can lead to radical transformation. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy requires participation and investment from the client and therapist alike. But in the end, cultivating awareness, making small changes, creating space for emotions to be expressed, and practicing new ways of relating within a professional setting can bring life-altering results.
