Psychedelic Integration
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
-Carl Jung

What is Psychedelic Integration?
Integration helps process the life experiences that feel bigger than you. Expansive experiences—whether through meditation, breath-work, mystical states, or altered states of consciousness, have been shown by modern neuroscience to create profound shifts in the brain. Research indicates that these experiences quiet the default mode network (DMN), the part of the brain associated with ego, rumination, and rigid thought patterns, fostering greater neuroplasticity, emotional processing, and a deeper sense of connection. For those healing from relational trauma, these shifts can be particularly powerful, as they offer an opportunity to step outside of ingrained patterns of fear, shame, or disconnection and access new ways of relating to both self and others. These experiences can soften defenses, allowing for greater trust, openness, and self-compassion. However, without proper support, the insights gained can feel fleeting or difficult to integrate into daily life. Therapy provides a space to process and ground these revelations, helping you make sense of past wounds, rewrite limiting narratives, and cultivate more fulfilling and authentic relationships. Through integration work, the wisdom of these experiences can become an embodied and lasting source of healing.
Quiet the Mind
"Quiet the mind, and the soul will speak.
Beyond the chatter, beyond the noise,
There is a place where time dissolves,
And all that remains is love."
-Ram Dass
